Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in special education, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis to provide quality care for individuals in need.
Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in behavioral health
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
