```Responsibilities:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce rules and routines
- Prepare materials, set up learning centers, and maintain an organized classroom
- Monitor and assess student progress through observation and assessment tools
```Requirements:```
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)or coursework
- DEEC certified Toddler or Preschool Teacher
- Previous experience working with toddler or preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
