Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in South Chicago, IL.
The role of the CCU Operations Coordinator is to assist the Assistant Directors/Director of CCU Care Management in the daily operations of the CCU offices. The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible to maintain operations for the Home Delivered Meals (HDM) program.
Qualifications:
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or satisfactory work experience in lieu of a college degree.
- Travel: Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.

- Competent organizational skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the Care management team.
- Ability to use computerized systems, Word and Excel.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to forecast needs and set priorities.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and continued development of the Home Delivered Meals service line.
- Support the Assistant Director to ensure branch operations, CCU policies and procedures are in accordance with Federal and State Regulations.
- Ensure provider rotation list is updated as required by the state
- Act as a liaison to vendors and service providers, ensuring that all issues are triaged and addressed in a timely manner.
- Manages incoming calls to the CCU.
- Provide assistance to CCU with scheduling interviews, setting up new hires including providing company ID and completing special projects assigned.
- Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
- Follow all agency Policies and Procedures.
- Place orders for office supplies and PPE orders as needed.
