Job Summary
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will involve visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended!
Responsibilities and Duties
Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.
(no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)
No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Starting Pay
- $18 per hour to start until a route is assigned. You will then receive $3.25 per beer line cleaned upon receiving a route.
- Earning potential ranges from $19-$22 per hour and the average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period.

Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Hands-on, quick learner
