The ER Registered Nurse is a person who provides emergency and acute medical care, manages emergencies and stabilizes patients until they can receive further medical care. The ER Registered Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring that emergency and acute situations are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible, and must be aware of the hospital's resources and equipment in case of an emergency.
