Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Weekends and holidays must be able to work from May to November . As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and answer any questions
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
