You will be responsible for scheduling potential clients by assessing their interest and getting them excited for their new remodel project. This position pays hourly plus Bonus.

Our call center is the first point of contact to customers and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives.

Reports To
Call Center Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Field and manage inbound calls from potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for our sales partners.
- Ensure that personal and team goals are met.
- Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc.
- Have a sense of urgency to respond to inbound leads from potential customers.
· Other duties as needed.
