Job Title: Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be one of our legal professionals doing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes.
Duties:
- Conduct document review and analysis under the supervision of attorneys.
- Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems.
- Provide administrative support for legal proceedings and client meetings.
- Assist clients in getting claims started as well as proceeding through litigation .
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using case management software.
-Review, collate and prepare medical specials packages for cases
Experience:
- Knowledge of personal injury law / procedures.
- Experience in legal administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Needles or similar case management software.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accuracy in documentation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
