Miami Management, Inc., is looking for highly motivated, professional, well-groomed, and reliable individuals for Front Desk/Customer service positions for some of the best residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting residents and guests.
- Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc.)
- Coordinating receipt and delivery of packages.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Apply all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures.
- Ability to handle crises/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc.)
- Answer the phone clearly and professionally.
- Ensure work areas are maintained cleanly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills.
- Personal skills.
- It may require some physical activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Well, Groomed.
- Self-motivated.
- Positive attitude
- Well-mannered.
- Respectful.
- English language skills - oral and written!
- Bilingual skills may be desirable for some properties/ positions!
- Have reliable transportation
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
