We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team at ZT Automotive. You will be responsible for ensuring our dealership attracts, retains, and develops top talent, contributing directly to our continued success and growth in the competitive automotive industry. HR experience is a must, automotive dealership experience is preferred.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the dealership's business objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees across various departments.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior management as needed.
- Stay updated with labor legislation changes and ensure dealership compliance.
- Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
HR Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; familiarity with payroll software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
