Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cost segregation professional, construction engineering or management, or construction cost estimating

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software - specifically Excel and Word
-
Organized, detail-oriented, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-
CPA, PMP, Certified Cost Segregation Professional preferred
-
High level knowledge of the general tax depreciation rules preferred
-
Self-starter with the ability to manage a project from beginning to end. Work with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information to perform cost segregation studies
-
Knowledge of building systems, construction techniques and experience in construction cost estimating preferred
-
Ability to drive, manage and develop staff in an interactive team environment

Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $64,000 - $114,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
