Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and text message to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize available technology and programs to effectively communicate with customers in compliance with dealership guidelines.
- Identify and qualify leads through warm calling and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position company products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong ability in warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
