Position Summary
The Vendor Relations Account Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the sales function to maximize sales volume and drive targeted profitable growth for the Broker line of business.

Sustainable Solutions Sales Leader
Responsibilities

Facilitate large broker bids by coordinating with local sales team to collect and organize all the information for the markets.

Develop and communicate the broker strategy for the organization.

Participate in sales meetings to communicate broker activity and forecast new and lost business.

Proactively contact broker accounts to communicate the entire service area of the organization, working to gain incremental revenue in new service areas.

Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures to assist sales teams as the need arises.

Identify additional broker opportunities in the temp services, roll-off, and commercial lines of business.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

1 year of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally in the waste or a business services industry.

Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.

Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platform and MS Office Suite.

Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented with a strong work ethic.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
