Job Title: Front Desk Representative

Job Summary: The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. The successful candidate will be the face of our company, ensuring all guests receive a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assist visitors in navigating the office and provide general information about the company.
Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Prepare meeting and training rooms.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
