```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. ```Duties```
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest issues effectively
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations
