Position: Solar Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales consultants and door-to-door (D2D) reps as a Solar Sales Manager.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure success.
- Training & Development: Design and conduct training programs for new hires and continuous development for existing team members as a Solar Sales Manager.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solar Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, ready to lead by example.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
