Role and Responsibilities
Proposal Coordinator will work within the Corporate Marketing team on proposals, presentations, and various marketing materials, as well as additional administrative duties that may be assigned.
The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing documentation required to respond to proposals, RFPs, RFQs etc.
- Assist with creating/editing presentation and other promotional materials.
- Update and Maintain marketing information in the company’s Deltek VantagePoint database.
- Maintain, edit and update professional resumes for engineers to be submitted with project proposals.
- Assist in-house technical and executive staff with various ad-hoc presentations as may be assigned.
- Other administrative duties, related to marketing and proposal preparation, copying, printing, collating documents etc.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a similar Marketing, Communications or Administrative role.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, highly proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience with InDesign, & Deltek CRM a plus.
- Strong initiative—the willingness and ability to succeed in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Ability to multi-task with multiple projects in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
