Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Qualifications: - Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and composure - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Please note that this position may require working night shifts for night audit duties.
