Must speak fluent Spanish
a) Receive, review and prepare correspondence for CPCP selections (i.e. invitation ppt, requesting educational certifications and verification of references); prepare appropriate written responses; respond to inquiries via email, Microsoft teams for employment information;
b) Pre-screening of applicants to determine the initial short-listed candidates for each selection process, prior to final review by Recruiter;
c) Upload pertinent documents for each selection process in the SharePoint site and our recruiting platform “Stellis” (i.e. references, educational certifications, tests, etc.);
d) Prepare and fill out templates related to selection processes and hiring process (annex 2, reference check years of experience, etc)
e) Review each finalist candidate’s file to ensure that the candidate meets the minimum requirements of the post, reference letters and required educational requirements; request essential documentation to complete candidate files;
f) Serve as the logistics focal point to schedule and organize Senior Staff Selection Committee (SSSC) meetings; combine all documents into one PDF.
g) Perform other administrative support duties; making arrangements for the testing of candidates as necessary;
h) Create, proofread and issue vacancy notices; compile documentation for each assigned vacancy file; ensure that all information on the vacancy notice is accurate and complete; arrange for publication of vacancy in external sources.
i) Perform other related duties, as assigned
