Key Goals and Vision for this Position
The D1 Coach will be responsible for delivering the BEST workouts in the country to our clients. The Coach will be responsible for leading and instructing group training classes as well as personal training. The Coach is the front line customer experience and needs to be able to coach a 7yr old all the way up to an Adult.
Major Role/Activity Focus: % of Time
80% Coaching Group Training Sessions with high energy, loud vocal skills, and great coaching points. The coach must lead our clients through the workouts, organize the groups, and be motivating and positive to all clients. Must oversee MUSIC.
10% Member retention and Free Trial Assessments: Under the direction of the Head Coach, our coaches will assist in leading clients through a FTA and placing them in the right group. Our coaches will also be responsible for retaining clients by follow up calls and facility programs.
5% Training area cleaning/ maintenance as well as equipment.
5% Leading and helping with specialty camps, combines, marketing events, etc.
Special Skills/Tools/Competencies/Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience with dealing directly with customers and providing a positive and motivating client experience
- Effective time management and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all types of clients
- Attention to experience, coaching, instruction and understands how to get results
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task and perform, lead and organize a group

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and played sports
- Certified Personal Trainer (current) with current CPR/First Aid
- 2+ years in training groups and individuals
- Knowledge of workouts and exercise terminology
- Great communication skills
- Social media savvy
- Looks and lives the PART of an athlete
