Developing, and maintaining software applications and systems within the laboratory environment.

Collaborating with laboratory staff, IT peers, management, and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of laboratory IT processes and corporate IT networking.

Providing technical support to laboratory staff for Instrument System-related issues, including software installation, user account management, and data backup and Archiving solutions.

Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems to minimize downtime and ensure efficient laboratory operations.

Monitoring system performance and security to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Support ELN global application and work on major incidents from the users to restore service in timely manner.

Build Lab Acquisition client (LAC/e) Servers for Empower application instance.

Support Raman Truscan Application as system administrator and provide technical support in case of system issues.

Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect laboratory data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches.

Participating in regional projects as the main point of contact for IT operations, ensuring successful implementation and integration of software applications.

Creating and maintaining documentation related to software development, including test plans, test case specifications, and test release reports.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as 21 CFR Part 11, through gap analysis, risk analysis, and remediation efforts.
