We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our expanding team and manage our fleet from the Oklahoma branch!
Position Overview:
The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day dispatch operations at our Shawnee, OK branch. This role involves overseeing Hazmat CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork to achieve efficient order fulfillment. The Dispatch Manager will collaborate closely with sales and account executives to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily dispatch of trucks from the Shawnee, OK branch.
- Manage and support Hazmat CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and administrative employees.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team efficiency and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales and account executives to meet customer demands and ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to and promote safety standards and company policies.

Job Duties:
- Daily operations of branch team includes picking and staging inventory, loading drivers, shipping and receiving, occasional customer will calls and inventory management.
- Scheduling staff and drivers daily, inspecting trucks and equipment and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Using Verizon Telematic Software to supervise driver performance throughout the day.
- Administrative responsibilities include working with Google Calendar to receive and prepare orders daily.
- DOT driver paperwork, invoices, shipping and receiving paperwork completed and filed daily
- Responsible for company policy, SOP’s and employee training to ensure safe and effective warehouse distribution operations.
- Drive company vehicles as needed for maintenance, deliveries, or other purposes.
- Available for night, weekend, and holiday after-hour calls from time to time.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Valid Hazmat Commercial Driver’s License in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, preferred. Class A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.

Physical Work Conditions
- Repetitive motion and strenuous tasks such as lifting, carrying, and hiking over rough terrain while carrying product. Pull inventory, product and packages from Company vehicle to customer loading zone.

- Potential for exposure to contaminants, such as diesel fuel or exhaust.

Salary: Up to $65,000.00 per year in base salary and 12 mo retention bonus of $10,000 for qualified Manager with HM CDL.
