Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations and ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy.
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality management.
- Proficiency in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
