Spa Assistant Manager
The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Spa Assistant Manager to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
The Spa Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the Spa, Salon and Fitness Center.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Spa, Salon and Fitness Center maintaining Forbes Five standards.

Coordinate and schedule services pertaining to the Spa, Salon and Fitness Center.

Synchronize staff schedule and complete payroll in accordance with budgeted guidelines.

Organize training with vendors and colleagues to guarantee a high level of knowledge and service.

Be proficient in all computer and phone systems relevant to the department.

Coordinate regular staff meetings . Represent department in all hotel meetings.

Adhere to labor and product cost procedures and develop strategies to increase sales and services as well as ensuring all inventory deadlines are met according to the hotel’s schedule.

Conduct facility walk-throughs ensuring all spa equipment is kept in perfect working condition and report any deficiencies to the proper department.
Qualifications:

Colleague Degree Preferred. CPR license required.

Thorough knowledge of Spa services, cost control, labor cost, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.

Excellent communications skills

3 Years of Spa experience. Luxury or Forbes experience preferred

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Physical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing and seating.
