Summary: This position is viewed as a trusted solution partner of the assigned organization. The Analyst is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and maintaining project and support goals. They should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Another key requirement is strong Reporting and Analytics skillset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consulting – Identify and implement ways to use technology to solution for people process improvement opportunities.
- System Administration - configuration, enhancement requests, low complexity reporting, and resolving transaction issues. Troubleshoot low to moderate support issues.
- Requirements - Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into process flows, documentation, and conceptual design.
- Testing - Conduct System and User Acceptance Testing.
- Project Management – Manage workstreams against project timelines.
- End User Implementation/Adoption – Including Training, Communications, and Change Management.
- Serve as a product SME / Application Visionary for business and IT communities.
Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of professional work experience in a functional Human Resources discipline (Generalist, Business Partner, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Compensation Administration).
- 1+ years hands-on end user experience with Enterprise Level HRIS product at an administrative user level.
- Experience presenting ideas, soliciting feedback, and creating a plan of action/next steps.
- Solid understanding of the various software development lifecycles.
- Experience creating clear and clean documents or pages that engage, inform and persuade audiences to interact.
- Experience using troubleshooting and triage techniques to determine urgency and complexity of incoming requests. Required Skills:
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding Customer Service and Team player
- Ability to seek creative solutions to business challenges with an open mind to technical and non-technical possibilities.
