We are seeking an energetic, organized person to join our sales team at our Bessemer location.
- Post competitively priced trailers on Facebook Marketplace (Minimum of 10 per week). Consult Sales Manager with any questions regarding “competitive pricing.”
- Manage trailer inventory organization on the property.
- Manage trailer delivery intake and unloading process.
- Greet and qualify customers, understanding their needs and trailer requirements
- Showcase our inventory of trailers, highlighting features and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting the right trailer for their needs
- Assist customers with hooking up their new trailers and inspect each trailer before the customer leaves (lights, brakes, keys/locks, chains…etc.).
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Process paperwork and secure financing (if applicable). This includes exhausting all finance options for customers who have trouble getting financed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Perform errands when necessary/needed (bank runs, supply runs…etc.).
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience (a plus, but not required).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- A valid driver's license.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
