Senior Residential Service Technician

What You Will Do
As a Residential Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the lives of individuals in our program and assisting our dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing residents with general support for daily living activities.

Supporting treatment goals and ensuring overall safety within the residential setting.

Maintaining certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) and upholding continuous MHRT1 status through required trainings.

Serving as part of a team of Residential Service Technicians and collaborating with facilities management, the director, and other stakeholders as needed.

Assisting in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents.
Qualifications Needed For Success

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Two years of experience in mental health is preferred.

Must become certified as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment and maintain required trainings thereafter.

Successful completion of criminal background, child protective service check, and sex offender check.

This is a full-time, hourly role. You will work onsite out of our Portland office.
