As a Tech Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our support operations. You will report directly to our Support Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, NE location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with technical issues, providing exceptional support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IA solutions nation wide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
- Provide technical support and expertise for our IA solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Travel up to 25% of time nation wide
