Assists with food preparation in accordance with current applicable standards,
procedures and regulations to ensure food safety
Performs daily and scheduled cleaning duties
Washes dishes according to established procedures for manual and/or established
dishwashing.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work various shifts including 5:00 – 5:30 a.m. or 10 - 10:15 a.m. start
time.
Rotating weekends and holidays.
