As an Associate of Business Management at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank leadership, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. This role is focused on strategic initiatives under the International Consumer Bank scope and includes the oversight of JPMC’s participation at C6 Bank, a fast growing digital bank located in Brazil.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the development, refinement, and socialization of our business strategy
- Support regular reporting on strategy and performance to senior and other stakeholders
- Be the trusted advisor to business leaders and clients in support of strategic initiatives
- Full support to the International Consumer Bank senior leadership in preparation for board meetings and business reviews
- Ensure connectivity between the International Consumer Bank, local Brazil and Latin America functions, as well as JPMC Corporate Financial Reporting teams
- Participation in valuation discussions and coordination of initiatives with bankers, legal advisors and consulting firms
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to strategic initiatives, presentation development, reporting, business analysis, and other projects
- Build strong relationships & partner effectively with key stakeholders across various lines of business
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
- Able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value-added activities
- Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player with the ability and experience of working across multiple functional and business groups
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, and superior analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of financial service experience
- Proficient using Microsoft 365
- Fluent professional English and Portuguese

As a Market Executive on the Multinational Corporations, Middle Market Banking team, you will hire and direct team members in their business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships within the Middle Market & Specialized Industries specializing in Multinational Corporations.
The Multinational Corporations team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be expected to maintain a portfolio of your own while leading the banking team however the portfolio size is typically smaller in recognition of management responsibilities. Your team will typically include six to eight bankers with indirect oversight over an underwriting staff, a sales/marketing assistant, treasury sales officer and client service professionals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial banking sales team with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
- Creative solution and problem solving abilities and excellent business judgment with the ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
- Strong technology experience; digital background preferred
- Excellent organizational, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
