Administrative Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Navigate entity management database, save documents electronically appropriately, organize electronic files and some physical files
- Support team of paralegals with administrative tasks such as:
- Document scanning and saving
- Electronic and physical file organization
- Circulating documents for signature of legal entity board members
- Updating entity management database
- Filing US legal entity annual reports
- License renewals
- Tracking deadlines
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an office, legal experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a law firm or an in-hourse legal team preferred
- Strong organization skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Superior typing skills
- CSC entity management experience preferred
- Ability to take direction
- Self-starter
- Flexibility and attention to detail
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.97 - $24.33 per hour
