Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sales appointments and cold calls to consistently drive revenue growth
- Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, training and supervising
- Consistent monitoring and reporting on sales activity and forecasting
- Design, implement and maintain sales playbooks to scale and measure performance
- Set quotas and manage people against those quotas
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and compensation plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Work Experience
Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:
- Familiarity with enterprise business sales.
- 3+ years experience selling B2B software solutions.
- Familiarity with Field Services or SaaS space is ideal.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performance, lean sales teams in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience building multi-million-dollar SaaS business
- Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Track record of systematizing the sales approach (playbook) in an early stage environment
Compensation and Benefits
