Job Summary
DuraServ Corp. is seeking a Contract Administrator I for our Corporate office in Carrollton, TX. The Ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, have excellent customer service, and be able to problem-solve when presented with difficult situations. You will be responsible for reviewing construction contracts, maintaining the associated databases along providing support to both our internal and external customers.
Essential Functions

Responsible for entry of data to the following databases: Contracts, Agreements, and Change Orders (including deductive change orders) for respective Regions.

Monitor and respond to group requests for respective Region(s).

Reviews Contracts, Agreements, and Change Orders within designated signing authority.

Complete preliminary review and markups of all Contracts, Agreements, and Change Orders, negotiating to resolution with external customers.

Responsible for obtaining financial guarantees (i.e. Bonds, Consent of Surety) as required.

Provide guidance, advice, and support on contractual matters to Sales during the tender, awarding, and handover phase of the contract.

Education and Experience

High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of one or more years with education is desirable, but not required.
