Remote/ Work from Home Bookkeeper with Enumerate experience:
We are seeking a Remote/ Work from home Bookkeeper with Enumerate (HOA/Condo software) experience, preferably in the Palm Beach, Broward or Martin County Florida area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setup, maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions for multiple HOA (Homeowner) and Condominium Associations.
Responsibilities:
- Setup new Associations (familiar with importing data a plus!)
- Accounts payable processes
- Accounts receivable/ lockbox deposit processes
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain financial records using Enumerate software
- Finding more efficient processes when necessary
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with Enumerate HOA/Condo software (Formally TOPS)
- Experience with Excel and Word
- Is efficient and timely with the processes
- Knows how to just figure it out and take something and run with it
- Able to keep organized and manage their own assigned accounts
- Friendly and good communicator
