A small LLC with over 20 years of business with 5 different business units is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to help the Owner and General Manager in directing daily business operations. The senior executive assistant should be experienced in general business practices, and be able to multi-task across several business units, execute tasks quickly and efficiently, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The SEA must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the Owner or General Manager.
To be a successful Senior Executive Assistant, you should eagerly learn all aspects of the multi-unit small business. The SEA must be able to follow company operational processes. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership, legal and organizational skills. The SEA should be firm, but also approachable.
General Manager Senior Assistant Responsibilities:
- Cooperating with the General Manager, and assisting with anything from business licenses to daily appointments/tasks.
- Execute personal assistant tasks for the Owner and General Manager
- Addressing any issues in a quick and timely fashion.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Setting a good example for staff.
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or similar.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong writer.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- Google Suite and basic accounting practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
