Key Responsibilities for the Event and Customer Service Representative:
- Engage and assess potential donors at local events to drive fundraising efforts.
- Work hands-on throughout the duration of each event.
- Promote and enhance awareness for our clients charitable causes.
- Participate in training sessions to grasp essential client details and company processes.
- Maintain records of field activities and donations.
- Foster effective communication with teams across departments.
- Following initial training, assist in supervising team members to meet promotional event objectives.
- Shadow management personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of team management and strategies for fostering a positive donor experience at events.
