Colonial Marble & Granite is searching for an experienced Tile Department Sales Manager to join our growing team! This individual will be responsible for all things tile sales – from assisting customers with sales, to acquiring new business and upselling current business.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Flooring Projects & Sales
- Experience with acquiring new business and driving sales
- Proven experience providing exceptional customer service
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead tile department sales and drive tile revenue objectives
- Build profitable relationships with tile vendors, partners, and customers
- Engage customers and provide a quality shopping experience and extraordinary products
- Strategically merchandize and sell tile to exceed customer expectations
- Communicate and resolve any issues regarding pricing, inventory, installs, and any additional customer concerns/inquires
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal departments
- Act as project liaison and coordinate all necessary actions for new and existing projects
- Manage site visits for large or escalated projects
- Utilize computer and point of sale systems to maintain accurate inventory, cycle counts, and profit and loss management, including shipping and receiving of inventory
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
