Position: Full-Time $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answering & Screening Incoming Telephone Calls
- Great Customer Skills (Can Do Attitude)
- Mail Distribution, EDDM Setup, Process Postage and Deliveries Photocopying and fulfilling marketing request from Agents for mailers, postcards, etc
- Conference Room Scheduling
- Assistance w/Office Events
- Digital Marketing w/in house tools (training provided)
- Handling requests from agents
- Social Media & Marketing creation
- Canva Marketing creation
Proficient Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office programs (Word, powerpoint and Excel a must)
- Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Canva)
- General office equipment (printer, folding machine, book binding etc)
Self-Management Skills:
- Pleasant telephone voice
- Excel in customer service
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and handle difficult conversations with clients & agents.
- Ability to communicate clearly & efficiently with a high volume of calls and walk in clients.
- Cooperative attitude that is compatible with others
Proficient Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office programs (Word, powerpoint and Excel a must)
- Google drive
- General office equipment
- Self-Management Skills:
