Job Duties:
- Performs broad variety of customer services such as opening new deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, check cards and answering customer questions regarding banking services
- Investigates and mitigates fraud through various channels and utilization of resources for the benefit of the customer and bank for potential losses
- Must have ability to proactively create, monitor and resolve fraud cases through core vendor and must be able to communicate with merchants on fraud cases with tact and professionalism
- Cross sells services and products
- Performs account maintenance and draft customer correspondence
- Become highly knowledgeable on all deposit products including digital banking products and be able to confidently educate customers
- Candidate must have ability to work under pressure efficiently and accurately, and have ability to make sound decisions regarding customer transactions

Familiarity with Windows applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
