Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Duties: - Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations - Manage office correspondence including emails and phone calls - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Organize and schedule appointments - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Update and maintain office policies and procedures Experience: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role - Computer literacy with the ability to computerize tasks efficiently - Familiarity with administrative tasks in a dental office or medical receptionist experience - Typing skills for data entry and clerical duties - Knowledge of order entry processes This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment.
