Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience working as a van driver or in a similar role
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols
- Experience in shuttle driving, delivery driver roles, or bus driving is a plus
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications for the role
