Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat a range of patients with developmental disabilities (including but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other chromosomal syndromes).
- Document daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports with plans of care on a digital, easy to use EMR system
- Update patient progress to relevant parties
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- MUST be able to supervise at least 2 COTA
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Valid State of Arizona OTR License
- Must have or be able to obtain: AHCCCS number and National Provider ID (NPI) number
- Level I Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid Training (FREE on-site training available!)
- Article 9 Training (FREE on-site training available!)
- Valid Drivers License + Reliable Vehicle
- Ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Minimum of 1 years experience (preferred)
