Job Description
In collaboration with the local school district, SBHSN is contracting a Regional Clinical Director to provide clinical and auditing supervision of school-based counseling services provided to children in grades K-12.
Purpose
The purpose of the Regional Clinical Director is to promote clinical compliance amongst network providers.
Primary Services
- Ensures Clinical Quality Standards are Maintained at all Times by Network Providers.
- Daily Approval or Denial of Provider Submitted Clinical Charts.
- Clinical Guidance per Medicaid Reporting Guidelines.
- Formal Clinical Random Audits.

Education and License Requirements
- Must be contracted or willing to contract with state medicaid health plans.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in one of the following disciplines: Social Work, Mental Health, Marital Counseling, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatry.
- Must have a Qualifying License. Full Licensure in (one or more) the following areas: Social Work, Mental Health, Marital Counseling, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatry.
- Great opportunity for group practices.
Expectations
- Three to five years of experience reviewing clinical chart reviews.
