Seeking Creative In-House Videographer To Help Grow Personal Brand and Company Brand!

Salary: $30k-$50k (Part-time Annual Rate)
About Us:
Hi there! I own a company call Digital Alchemy Project. Under our umbrella are Big Little Gyms and Chalk It Pro, two brands that offer consulting, systems, and software to gyms.
We have over 600 clients globally and an audience of over 15,000. We are looking for a talented in-house videographer to join our team.
Outside of our formal companies, my wife Erin and I also own some real estate and get involved with cool project in that space. We just bought a new house and would love to document the process of updating this very mid-century house.
Due to the success of Big Little Gyms, I have now been invited to speak at many live events in the marketing space to teach and share how we built this company for multiple millions in revenues.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Part-Time In-House Videographer to join the team. The ideal candidate would help in capturing moments for all the above projects.
Things like planning, filming, editing, publishing, and post-production of video content.
This role will focus on producing on-brand long-form content regularly for our YouTube channel and repurposing this content into shorts and reels for social media platforms.
I currently produce some long-form webinar-style video for our channel that educates gym owners on how to grow their businesses.
Additionally, the videographer will ideate and help us produce engaging content that entertains, informs, and inspires, aiming to build our personal brands as they relate to our companies. A very good example would be Alex Hormozi and how he speaks to his audiences.
