**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our catering office and will work closely with our catering manager and catering coordinator.
**Duties:**
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Enter and process events in on-line catering platform.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Ensure efficient operation of office systems, including phone and email systems
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with office management tasks as required
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office procedures
- Experience with schedule management and coordination
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Familiarity with training development for staff advancement
