JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a hungry, sales heavy, go-getter with strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to join our team as an Home Buying Specialist!! This is a Full-Time, long-term opportunity that allows you to reap the rewards of your hard work. You get out what you put into it. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with property owners. You must be results-oriented and build rapport with homeowners. You will be speaking directly with homesellers to understand their motivations and how we may be able to help them solve their problems or achieve their goals by ultimately acquiring the property. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Track the progress of all transactions and update the team on a regular basis
- Consistent follow-up on paperwork as well as client check-in’s, and communications with our title company to ensure that the transactions are closed on time
- Preparing commission statements for all closing transactions for our retail division
- Preparing bank deposits by reviewing escrow/commission routing slips for escrow deposits
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Managing our client database and preparing reports
- Performing other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extreme attention to detail
- Organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Real estate license preferred, but not required.
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
