We are seeking a part time Office Manager to assist in organizing and being responsible for the smooth functioning of our holistic health clinic.
You will have the opportunity to showcase your organization and planning skills to keep the clinic running smoothly and assist with future expansion projects.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain Dr. Haque’s calendar, schedule/reschedule patients
- Organize files, process payments, provide patients with needed supplements
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Monitor supplements/office supplies and order as needed
- Perform general office duties such as: file maintenance and copying, correspondence, cleaning
- Work closely with both Dr. Haque to make sure the office runs efficiently
Qualifications include:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to be on time/early for work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be organized and have high level attention to detail
- Desire to learn and take on tasks as needed
- Computer proficiency with online Apps, MS Word, Excel and scheduling programs are a plus
Current office hours are Monday – Wednesday between 7:30am – 5:00pm, Saturday 8am-12pm, and Sundays 8am-6pm and can change often due to patient availability and needs.
Our company offers an hourly rate of $19-$25 depending on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
