Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and be a key player in driving sales growth within our dynamic organization.
We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about business development and customer service to join our team and open our first US office. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. We have an established business overseas selling command and control communication devices to corporate security firms, transport and logistics, exhibition and event management, hospitality, retail and services as well as manufacturing construction and mining firms. We bring an innovative 3-in1 product that allows for talk, view and locate anywhere to the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calling to promote our products/services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Odoo or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify areas for expansion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with technology sales and telemarketing techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a starup environment
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Odoo or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling and warm lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
