Duties:
- Medical Records
-Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical administrative support tasks and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Bilingual is not a requirement but is helpful
