LC Medical is a leading Aesthetics company in an exciting industry with @DoctorLanna as the CEO visionary behind the brand.
We're looking for a reliable team member to lead the front desk as receptionist in our Staten Island location.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into the industry. You will be tasked with customer-facing facets of the business so being friendly, attentive and having great communication skills is a must. You will also be supporting and ensuring that the medical providers have adequate support to work efficiently. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently but will have support from other members in the office. The office administrator ensures smooth operation of our office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Schedule clients for consultations and procedures
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational habits and customer communication skills
- Solid understanding of computer and scheduling software with the ability to learn quickly
Requirements
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Ability to commute to the SI location at least 3x per week
- Must be comfortable working either a Sat or Sun
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
